$49/Month + $95 One-Time Medical Screening Fee

There is a one-time fee to cover the cost of determining if you are medically eligible for a GLP-1 medication like Ozempic®, Wegovy® or Mounjaro®.

This includes:

• Convenient and easy online registration and health history questionnaire
• Doctor’s order for required screening lab tests (home testing options available)
• Initial Telehealth consult with a board-certified doctor to review your health history and lab results
• Prescription for Ozempic®, Wegovy® or Mounjaro® if applicable will be sent to your local pharmacy or shipped directly to your door (medication costs not included)
• Dedicated patient advocate team to help with insurance coverage and cost savings programs
• All Telehealth follow-up consults to monitor your progress and prescribe refills
• Follow-up lab test orders to monitor your overall health and track improvements
• Chat messaging directly with the medical team for any health-related questions
